Len Lungo
Carrutherstown, Dumfriesshire.
Len has made a successful transition from jockey
to trainer since setting up his own purpose built yard
overlooking the Solway Estuary in Scotland. He is adept
at placing his horses and has tasted success at
the Cheltenham Festival. |

Paul Cole
Wantage, Oxfordshire.
Our long association has resulted in
plenty of quality action, notably his handling of Ffestiniog
and
her offspring, including the Group 3-winning Eisteddfod.
The 1991 Derby winner Generous was one of Paul’s
greatest horses. |

Alan King
Wroughton, Wiltshire.
Alan was assistant to David Nicholson
before taking over at Jackdaws and then moving to Barbury
Castle.
Alan has quickly become one of the leading trainers,
recording several big successes at the Cheltenham Festival,
including
twice in the Arkle, the World Hurdle, Champion Chase, and
with Penzance in the Grade 1 Triumph Hurdle. |

James Fanshawe
Newmarket, Suffolk.
James trains from the famous Pegasus Stables
in Newmarket, built by Fred Archer. He has already trained
the winner of a Classic and two Champion Hurdles. He has
provided the Club with its greatest successes with multiple
Group 1 winner Soviet Song. |

Nigel Tinkler
Langton, Nr Malton.
The Club has enjoyed a long and fruitful relationship with Nigel, who trained his first winner for us back in 1995. Nigel has mainly Flat horses but has also trained a winner at the Cheltenham Festival. |

Julie Camacho
Malton, North Yorkshire.
Julie trains her small but select string
at the village of Norton, near Malton. Visits to her yard
are always a treat, as the Club also keeps some of its
breeding stock there including Kalinka, the dam of Soviet
Song and Penzance. |

Roger Charlton
Marlborough, Wiltshire.
Roger is the Club's newest trainer. He took out his license in 1990 and his best horses have been the English and French Derby winners Quest For Fame and Sanglamore, also the Group 1-winning sprinters Avonbridge, Patavellian, Tante Rose and Tamarisk. |

Willoughton, Lincolnshire.
A qualified vet who began his racing career as an assistant
trainer to Mark Johnston. His stables are in Lincolnshire,
he has already achieved considerable success with horses
like I Cried For You, Summitville and Hugs Dancer. |
